When a wave is about to turn over, surfers have to react or they'll be underwater. I could see on the faces of those in attendance that Yada Yada Yada was occurring in their minds. So, I changed it up a bit by allowing them to take a more active role in the morning meetings. Change not everyone can accept but CHANGE is often a good thing! Scott, keep being willing to CHANGE or try new ways to be productive. I've found that a change of location for our lessons helps sometimes....the living room, outside, when we're driving, etc. I sure like that YOU DO YOU so well! :) Keep the great ideas coming!!
