God Of This City… Worship at The n-dub!

Here was a portion of worship from the n-dub this past weekend! Christian Rap & Contemporary Christian all rolled up in one!

Hey Scott. This concept looks familiar. LOL. Love it man! More power to you. Keep tearing it up at N-Dub. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BANe1beW9I0

Jody- We obviously stole the Exodus doing God of This City from PC… Keep rockin’ it for Jesus right here in OKC!

WOW!!! One of the most powerful things I’ve seen in a long time. Jesus said that true worship is in Spirit & Truth. Such a great example of that in this vid. Worship is not a certain style of music but something that is released into the atmosphere from the heart. Thanks so much for posting this!

Scott – this rocks my heart in so many ways. My four kids left the experience waving their hands and loving on Jesus in a new way.

One of my facebook buddies said he wasn’t sure if he could ever get used to rap in church. I told him I didn’t think I could ever get used to organs again. This is about God’s Kingdom and we are so blessed to have so many different ways to worship Him. Thanks for *stealing* this and making our vision wider!!

    Creative. Powerful. Beautiful. God-Honoring. Awesome.

Thanks, Scott. :-) I have one honest question… Is there any copyright hoops to jump through to post video of copyrighted music online?

I’m the gatekeeper of all things copyright related at Living Hope, and we’ve been uber-careful about posting any audio or video of copyrighted stuff available for download. We have purchased a CCLI lisence to fairly compensate the artists whose songs we use in our worship times together at church. But now I’m seeing tons of churches posting songs (like this) or streaming entire services with copyrighted music throughout.

Is there a legal way to deal with this that I’m not aware of? Curious. Bless you guys – loved this vid!

This was awesome. Is there a link for the band exodus website?

Wow, those kids are really growing up. I haven’t seen them since one love. I have a receipt from them for $200 I paid on an outdoor concert they played at in a park in Edmond. I even stood out in the rain at the park entrance with a sign. Long story short. What? I can too brag! What else is a pseudonym for? (grin)

This service was absolutely AMAZING and I can’t say how pumped up I am to be a part of a diverse group of people worshiping Jesus again! Keep up the mix and doing things differently…it’s totally refreshing! BTW – we need to meet up soon to talk. Peace!

hey man what happened to the vid? says it’s been removed by the user – I wanted to show my co-worker Todd the group to encourage them to come again next week… his wife, Leslie, loved it so we’re probably good though (it’s awesome to watch the Spirit moving in them already!)
