I learned that from John Maxwell's Leadership Gold, he tells of going into a meeting he writes a BIG "L" on his page to remind him to LISTEN...it worked for me and my leadership, hope it helps for yours too. You can always tell if a leader cares for you in the first 5-10 minutes of a meeting with them, if they did all the talking or asked you a question within that time. OUCH. I've said enough, now I'm exposed, I must go into hiding now. :-) It’s almost unanimous, STOP TALKING so much and start listening Leaders!!
