Thanks Scott I have to thank you for this post. I’m relatively new to Twitter. I just discovered a woman who is following me that has a truly perverted and un-Christian bio. My first thought was to block her, but have decided that I shouldn’t do it. Who knows if a Bible verse, or quote, or post about a (Lord Willing) Christian life will in some way effect her for good and more importantly for God. Thank you for giving me a better perspective.

I came this close to deleting my twitter account recently. Felt like it is nothing more than a black hole that sucks my tweets up as soon as they are posted – and does anyone care what I say anyway?

Just this weekend I realized that one of my followers – someone that I doubted was a believer – died of cancer. When I looked at the list of people she had started following since following me, I was shocked at the number of influential Christians I follow that she had begun following. It was a wake-up call. We never know who is paying attention.

Great post Scott, I agree Jesus would be blogging and using Twitter, plus he would have more followers than Oprah. Well I hope he would maybe he wouldn’t and you would just see his name trending?
