Twitter Is In The Bible (Part 2)

twitter bibe 2Last week I shared this very popular post entitled “Did You Know Twitter is In The Bible?” The post featured this verse: Insomniac, I twitter away, mournful as a sparrow in the gutter.” Psalm 102:7 Message Version.

Well I have ran across “Twitter” in the Bible for a second time.  Here is the verse, “Like a swallow, like a crane, so I twitter; I moan like a dove; My eyes look wistfully to the heights; O Lord, I am oppressed, be my security.” Isaiah 38:14 New American Standard Look to the left at the screen shot of my YouVersion Bible App on my iPhone.

Again, that’s what you call taking “Twitter” to a whole nutha’ level and confirms my 5 Reasons To Twitter During Church.

Did you know the word “Twitter” was in the Bible?    Where else have you found Twitter in the Bible?

Thanks for the comments… Two questions that were asked:

How do I get the screenshots? Push the power button and the home button simultaneously.

How do I get my name at the top of the iphone? Jailbroken app on Cydia called make it mine.

What about Ecclesiastes 10:20, which doesn’t use the word twitter but carries the meaning of tweeting: : “Revile not the king, no, not in thy thought; and revile not the rich in thy bedchamber: for a bird of the heavens shall carry the voice, and that which hath wings shall tell the matter.”
