Leadership is definitely an art; however often times we make it more difficult than it really is.  Most of us have experienced great leadership, not so good leadership, in addition to being around those who commit the Fundamental Flaw of Leadership.

It doesn’t matter many books we read, blogs we read or conferences we attend; the bottom line is leadership at it’s core is as easy 1-2-3.

Leadership Is As Easy As 1-2-3

  1. Truly care about and love those you lead. {More Than an Employee}
  2. Truly believe in and help those that you lead become better. {Maximize Their Gifts}
  3. Be Someone Worth Following. {Integrity, Vision, Authentic, Leader}

    This is awesome. It’s amazing how simple leadership is when you peel back all of the crap that we like to fool people with.

    Yes, it absolutely CAN be as easy as 1.2.3…..

    Its when we “try” too hard (working outside of our natural gifting, or not surround ourselves with the “right” inner circle), when things can get pretty “hairy”
