I say this all the time (often to myself too). This is so true. I watch people stay in bondage and bad habits all the time. They think it’s so hard to change because they are used to their negative ways. The unfamiliar scares them even if it is an easier and better way.

You make it sound so easy, and honestly it might be.
I think the reason why I make it difficult is because it gives me an excuse to stay where I am at and not move forward. No risk and no chance of failure.

But you hit on some great points here.
